It's the unfortunate result of someone at 343i watching too much anime, reaching back in time to resurrect one of Ensemble Studios's worst ideas, and making it larger and even more impractical. Because no sci-fi franchise is complete without a giant mech. Also known as the Cyclops Mark II.
