This thread will probably be lost today after the media embargo on Halo 4 ends, but these are nonetheless interesting:
It's really interesting to see how the MJOLNIR Mark IV armor developed. Originally, it looked like they were heavily inspired by the Halo: CE Mark V version, while preferring the Mark VI chest piece. Honestly, I think this design looks like a much more canonically believable version of the Mark IV armor. It definitely looks like it predates the Mark V, much more than their final version of the armor.
The Flamethrower unit looks kinda funny and very low-tech, but I like how they're using the M7057 with that classic decal. I have no idea what's up with the Prototype unit, but I guess that was some sort of "shock trooper" unit that was not an ODST. That crewmember: YIKES! I'm so glad that they outsourced their cinematics. And it looks like the Flood units and UNSC structures were largely unchanged from these early models, but that's okay.
