Soul Calibur V just came out. I love character creators and they really went all out this time. Once I got familiar with it by making a few other characters, I tried a few Halo related characters. I know they aren't perfect, but most of the items are supposed to be feasible in 1607. I might try some more but I don't think a Spartan will be do-able. Lots of options overall. I was able to make a great draenei from World of Warcraft, and Hsien-Ko from Darkstalkers/Marvel vs Capcom 3. I went the the cosplay approach for Cortana, using a full body suit and covering everything in stickers.

I wasn't sure what to do for Johnson so I kind of went for the Contact Harvest look. I just tried to do the UNSC emblem since there are no English characters to spell out UNSC. Not sure if I like the cigar either.
Then I just tried to make the Superintendent emblem. A t-shirt-esque location always seems to stretch the picture on the edges but you can make it work on male characters or the back of a jacket. Breasts get it all out of shape.
