So there's this Halo film that's ALSO being released (well, hopefully): [LINK] I love fan art (and to an extent- fan fiction), and I love to see these sort of projects come out of the woodworks now that doing VFX is much easier than it has been before. However, there are some things that I fear about this project in particular. It looks like they're focus is VFX - which are pretty amateur to begin with. And it looks like it will be a typical story with a Spartan running and shooting everything - just like how Faith was going to be. 9 times out of 10, subtle is better. I really don't care to see random Spartans running around in a barren field and shooting Banshees without any precedent. He's just doing that because that's what he does.
