Confused dropships at the relay outpost

My latest Winter Contingency article exploiting Jun's Falcon is Confused outpost dropships, describing how to get some novel situations with the dropships there. Such as:
- Three ships floating around with nowhere to make their drops because the outpost has vanished.
- Ships making empty drops, i.e. no troops aboard.
- Three ships making drops simultaneously.
