Calling All Pondhoppers!! *OT, Urgent*

I've got some serious problems--Sonic Generations is coming out in November and the Collector's Edition is only in Europe/Australia! I have to get one, but if Wikipedia is right, there aren't any NTSC's in Europe. But if it's not true, then that would be perfect to receive an import.

Is it possible to find something like that in Europe that can be compatible with the US? Because if we don't get the Collector's in the US, I might have to go overseas!
