So my girlfriend told me recently that she's pregnant. After I'd gotten over the initial shock, I started thinking of names for the new addition. Knowing that my girlfriend would reject the name Cortana outright (though I suggested it anyway), I tried to be subtle about it with something like Catherine Nicole (for Dr. Halsey and Admiral Cole) after reading some Halo: Evolutions, but she wasn't a huge fan of that either. She and I have been going back and forth with names for a little while now, and we've come up with some good ones, but I'd be remiss if I didn't at least look into the Halo universe for cool names. Anyone here name their kids after someone in the Halo universe or know someone who did? Are there any names from Halo you'd be willing to put on your kid's birth certificate? For what it's worth, we don't know if it's a boy or a girl yet, so names for either gender apply here.
