Out and about on Exodus

This started about investigating the big "A 15" doors, so I'll cut to the chase. I tried a few things and then finally the old trick I heard about of having something push you out of the level and it was easier than I'd thought. Even so I was only able to get so close because they're fairly low. These are the north and south doors, respectively, from behind. As you can see there aren't any secret rooms, but there is some space behind them, and when I used the camera trick I first mentioned over here they acted the way some doors do, so I'm fairly certain they're doors and not just a different wall textures, and I think that at some point (if not the final game) they were made to be able to open. Here's the camera thing I'm talking about which shows it working with a door, and here's a demonstration of why I think it isn't because of proximity or speed exactly-- I can push through the glass whenever my body is near it, and not otherwise. Here's an assortment of relatively interesting stuff I found on the way there and after. I don't think I ever noticed this thing before, does anybody know what it is? Do you remember how the Mauler's profile looked like the profile of a Brute's face? I think they did something like that for the Banshee redesign and one (or more?) of the Elite face armors; am I seeing things again? I call this one "Longsword to the future". We've wondered for a long time how plasma grenades work and to a lesser degree where they come from. We might not want the answer to that second one that much. Almost related to the original topic (possibly fully related, but I doubt it), I found some odd text on the crane near the big doors I mentioned. Can you guys read it? Finally, I wondered what a chieftain was doing when I was hitting him with a sniper rifle and he took cover. The answer is one of the many times I wished English dialogue for the Covenant was at least an option. Please enjoy my bright, blue pictures and videos.
