Hope everyone enjoys the movie! We originally came up with the idea in an attempt to get both players having three weapons, but barring difficulties, we decided instead to persue the opposite--that is, no weapons at all. This is basically achieved in the same fashion as the three weapons cheat, only since we had a bit of difficulty doing this, we let one person go and teleport the second player past the trigger. Now that the background's out of the way, I'd like to share I few observations/notes.
-Weapons seem to have a "radius" of sorts about them, wherein the player automatically picks up the weapon. This is most noticable comparing the AR to plasma weapons; get anywhere near an AR and you pick it up automatically. This radius is a lot smaller with plasma weapons. -You can pick up plasma grenades when you have no weapons, but you cannot use them and have no counter to keep track of how many you have. One may note though, that when the player has no grenades and tries to throw one, the text "no grenades" flashes, whereas if you have no weapons but no grenades there is no response. -The AI is very good at killing itself. We were actually able to kill off a lot of the covenant just by running between them, and therefore letting them shoot each other. This is particullarly evident in the last scene of the movie we uploaded, where player one runs into a group of covies, only to turn around and find them all dead. -Of course, you can't stay with no weapons to the next level, but if you do die while not carrying any weapons you will respawn with none as well! My guess is, getting the pistol trigger changes this, for as far as I can remember if you have done this you do respawn with weapons. Okay, that's all. Hope everyone enjoys the movie. :-D
