Aotcr First bridge...Another way down

Ive been tring to perfect this method and so far have only managed to do it once. So I'm putting it out here for two reasons. First to see if one of you can improve/perfect the move and, second to see if someone can get a vid of it because I have no way to get screen shots/video. The end result of this gets you a ride down on the pelican. The trick is to time a plasma grenade with a jump and crouch landing. As soon as you get through the door, go around the wall and shoot out one of the glass panes in the floor. Drop down and proceed to the second set of ramps. when you get to the right spot turn right and there will be a grunt on the right side between the ramp and the wall. This is where you want to jump from. Kill the grunt and as the pelican starts to decend toss a plasma grenade on the ground in front of you. This is where the timing comes in. You want to time the plasma grenades explosion and your jump to the moment that the pelicans roof is just above the level of your feet. If you have put the grenade in the right place and timed your jump just right, the arc of your decent will put you over the pelicans cockpit. The only time I managed to survive the landing I crouched just before landing on the pelican and had managed to avoid taking much damage before jumping. I have only been able to complete this move once so you may need to adjust the timing and play with the placement of the grenade, but once is enough to prove to me that it is possible. If someone could grab this move on vid or simply help out with finding the right placement and timing I would appreciate it.
