I think they missed a great opportunity to to a warthog run with a sabre to get the Cortana core to the Autumn in space. Imagine the final battle in the Holdout area being at the launch building of another sabre, and the last run is to get past the covie ships and seraphs and get the core to the Autumn before it left the battle area. We could still have Six back on the surface for Lone Wolf by having him go back to look for Halsey and Jun.
