Sabre 'expert controls' challenge

Oh no, its Bry and he's taking about the bloody Sabre again... Well... yeah, too bad. =P But I just want to put this one out there, rather than buried in another post, since its largely undocumented, not even on the likes of Halopedia, the Reach manual or the official guide, and there have been one or two mentions of the Sabre section being too easy. So basically the magic button is the Right Bumper. Good old RB. If you hold down this button, you enable independent roll control with left and right on the left stick. So I'm calling these expert controls in honour of Ace Combat which has always given the option between 'realistic' (I do use the word somewhat lightly) controls and Halo Reach style ones. So, fancy a change or a bit more of a challenge? Try completing the Sabre section using RB and left/right on the left stick to roll and then up/down on the right stick for pitch. Don't use left/right on the right stick at all! It'll make precision aiming much harder, even with the reticle leading the shot for you. You'll also have to co-ordinate using the two different sticks at once. Final effect is that while RB is held, the auto-level function is disabled, so you can fly upside down. End result, it opens the door for far more moves, including an actual barrel roll which is otherwise impossible. ;) A sampler/demonstration of my first and so far only attempt. Give it a go. Even I find it difficult to get to grasps with the coordination.
