My start menu is huge (use the small icons, people!), but one thing I really get annoyed with Windows about is the fact that you can't choose the width of any open applications in the taskbar, they're all the same width. I'd prefer to have Firefox as just a button, as it contains tabs, and I'd like all the other smaller, so I could fit more in without having to drag my mouse over a huge space.

I will never ever go back from a vertical taskbar :) I hate that the buttons change size, with a vertical bar, they always stay the same. Unless you have so many windows open you get two collumns, but then you have other things to worry about :p

Perhaps the icons aren't organised in the best way, but I still like the wallpaper Very Happy

I like the language button ('EN') in the corner - fits in nicely with the rest of the taskbar Wink

My language bar icon fits in with the taskbar now, I think. I also had to fit the cursor in this pic, cos it rocks.

I like your task bar. I've been trying to find a Halo 2 related one for a while now, but I haven't had much luck so far.

The cursor is spiffy too Very Happy

Alrighty, how do you like this:

(Note: it took me two hours to find a way to convert the png screenshot into JPG so all you windows nubs can see it)

Why? Windows can see .png just fine. I mean, even MS Paint can even save/read it.

IE can't on its own (quicktime etc has too) but like I said, you could just get Paint to read it.

2 hours wasted I feel. Especially as Paint can covert it.

Yet people still use IE....

Meh, i was bored anywyas, it's not like i'd spend two hours to track down a proper jpeg converter if i had something else to do.

Besides, i might need it later on.

The reason I use Linux is that Windows tends to freeze while I'm doing stuff, last time I was close to throwing my computer out of the window. (I got a little bit... Frustrated...) Also, my games run in Wine or Cedega just fine (Windows API call emulator)
