All new members (unless you have a good reference by an existing member) will be set to peon apon joining, then depending on activity and attitude, you will be promoted to Member.

Only one XBL account per clan member is permitted.

Mirc -

I have slapped together a pre-configured Mirc package for the Helljumpers. It doesn't need installing, just download the archive below and follow the instructions.

Extract this folder to anywhere on your PC and create a shortcut to mirc.exe on your desktop.

SETUP

Enter your Name, Email, Nick and Alternative Nick when prompted at the start, then click "Connect to Server".

If you want to password your Nick so no one else can use it, you will need to Register it.

To register your nick.
Type this:
/msg nickserv register password emailaddress (Obviously, you'll want to insert your own password and email address in that command) .

To identify your nick.
Once this is done, Go to: Tools > Options > Connect > Options and click "Perform".
Type this ABOVE where it says /j hbo /j Hbohelljumpers /j clanhbo:
/msg nickserv identify password (with your pass, of course).

Now you will auto-join the HBO Channels and you will be registered too.
Also, the program says it will expire after 30 days but I believe it still works even after that.

Just a heads up. I am capping the HBO Helljumpers at 50 members. It is currently at 45 members and we have 5 people that are about to join as I type this, that brings it to its max.

If anyone wants to join from now on, it will be on a 'One in, One out' policy. I will consider who is idle and message them. If they do not reply to my message within a week then I will boot them out (sorry) and someone new can take thier place.

If you have emailed us regarding joining our clan and have not received a reply or an invite, then it means that there is no room yet.

Ive just had a tidy up of all the sticky threads. I have kept the relevant stuff that was posted and any posts posted within a week but the rest are history.

I will try to do this once a month anyway.

Next on the deletion list are loads of threads that haven't been posted in for a while. If there is any thread that is important to anyone for any reasons, PM me and I will delay from deleting it straight away.

When we first set up this forum, Avatars were never going to be allowed. After we gave it some thought we decided that they would be a good idea for people to display their current Halo 2 emblem.

Lately, they have been getting larger and more non-halo so I have gone through a few peoples profiles and re-set them back to their current emblems.

I don't mind animated variations of emblems (I have one myslef) but some are just plain silly. Lets try to keep things how they should be please because nobody wants to see the Avatars turned off.

Pob and I have put together a new style for the forum, it works very nicely with the wesite.

To use it, go to your Profile and change the 'Board Style' to 'hjbo'.
Now save the new settings.

Well, its a new year, a new start and to celebrate this the HBO Helljumpers are updating the joining rules. So here they are.

#1 We will only accept European join requests into the HBO Helljumpers waiting list. This is because we are getting far too many non-European requests and we simply cant invite them.

#2 The waiting list will only show the top 10 people waiting, the rest will be on a hidden list that only staff can access. This is to stop the waiting list getting ridiculously long.

#3 People that are active within the HBO Helljumpers Community, whether its on the forum, IRC or XBL will have priority invites into the clan over the people waiting on the list. This will be based on a group Staff decision.

#4 You will start off as peon until the staff decide that you can have member status.
