Also, when is that 360 Dash update supposed to be out? Wasn't it rumoured to contain a clan system?

Well, there arn't really any rules at the moment as there isn't really any kind of list as halo 3 doesn't support clans. Just get one of the staff to OK them and it should be dandy.
