Hey guys, been a while.

OK so I told some of you I was thinking of a HJ LAN for next summer. I have found a few possible venues but I need to get some approx. numbers to find out prices etc. So I would like to know who would be interested in a all day H2 LAN in Nottingham next summer.

Depending on price I can pay all upfront, donations welcome (including food and drink donations) Any extra money goes to charity. If there is a lot of interest maybe we could have a 2-3 day meet up, 1 day of the LAN another around Nottingham etc.

You will all have to bring you own xbox and copy of H2. Not to sure on anything else. I need to get a minimum number of people signed up for this to happen so please let me know if you are seriously interested.

This will happen if I can get the venue and the people!

Should we bring copies of H1 as well if this goes ahead? Some H1 and H2 LANage! Does that not sound appealing...nobody can complain of lag either! (Looking at you Zone Wink

OK I have a venue with 20 displays, they are planning on putting in 5 more displays in the near future. They also have a console room with a 5ft projector so we can have a film on too. I just have to find out what connectors they have on the monitors as the guy only said dvi and vga connectors.

But I can rent the place for a whole day 11am-10pm. I shall be looking at dates soon. Nice to hear that there is actually some interest in this.

Completely off topic: Mark I went to CGZ in Newcastle on Saturday, It was full of stinky kids Confused

How do you put up with that??? It was even more annoying because they were idolising my level 60 and they wouldn't leave me alone.

OK, now for more details.

I am planning this for July, thinking the 14th.

Because we are using a PC gaming cafe for the venue they have VGA/DVI monitors so VGA cables needed!

Unfortunately I will need to ask for deposits as I cannot afford no shows as this is coming from my pocket.

25 monitors so 25 xboxs are needed, tell me if you are OK to bring yours.

The rental of the venue is from 11am-10pm, so I would recommend getting here for the Friday night 14th.

Any other questions then please ask. I will not be able to afford food or drink so I am going to do food/drink on a donation basis.

And last but nowhere near least, I HAVE to get a minimum number of people to be able to rent the place all day.

Easy tiger, the venue can really only fit their current setup in. They have PCs next to the monitors but we can move the keyboards and put the 360s there.

So all I would need you to bring is yourself, 360, vga cable and any food/drink donations Very Happy

Not a set date. I am off college from July 9th so I based it on that. I have to give a date to see how that fits around everyone else.
