Okies, this thread is for Spartans to post some of their funniest moments on Halo 2! I got my 3 right here for ya Cool

1. In a battle rifle fight with another guy on the train platform by the defense base. I was a shot down, and thought I was dead, but I kept walking forward and he walked backward, and the instant he steps on the tracks, WHAM! Guardians to the rescue! Gave me the kill too..gotta love the train

2. Banshee fight high above Coag, and for some reason the other guy bailed out in , so I boosted..and friggin nailed him as he was falling, splattered him in mid-air! I couldn't stop laughing for a good ten minutes..

3. Another train incident..was in the wraith on territories, and a guy was coming toward me, so I boosted and knocked him upward, right into the train, and his body flew sideways and landed near the sniper rifle *snic

I thought it would be more like memorable moments, kinda like the HellJumpers.

Anyways I have one.

One of j3nkins Field of Spleens, which is No shields, BR and Sniper Rifle start, Human Weapons and Human vehicles and territories on Zanzibar. Myself, BMac, MasterSkill, and DanteThePoet ( and of course j3nkins) were trying to take the gate next to the power station form the other team, but they used their warthogs for cover, Then one of their guys drove away with their cover and they all got killed. Good times...

The more I think about it, the more things come to my head..here's a couple more

Me: Ok, I grabbed the flag, barely made it out alive..whooh...I'm on my way to the base, man was that a close one...oh shit a trairrrrrrrrrgh

Another..I just grabbed the flag on a Midship CTF Classic Game, they had two scores but we were up by maybe 3 people, all we needed was to keep them from scoring. I had just switched my settings to boxer. I grab the flag and look up to see the enemy flag carrier falling toward me from the lift. I press B, and literally hand him the flag "Flag Captured; Game Over"

One great moment I had was playing with ubermorons and two other guys on Matchmaking on Team Skirmish. Because of the awesome teamwork we magically had in that game, we scored 3-0 in less than one minute. God, the angry sqeals of the opposing team made my day Smile

. Another moment was on Multi-Team. It was Neutral Assualt on Warlock. There would be moments in which everybody was literally on top of the bomb, biting and scratching with their SMG's. I would throw a grenade and get triple kills and medals for killing the bomb-wielder. In that same game, everybody was fighting just below the opening of a ramp and the bomb was situated on top of the ramp. Some guy 20 feet in the rear threw a frag grenade at me and he nailed it head on while I was in mid-air... which propelled me over the fighting and gave me an easy grab at the bomb. I then ran with my energy shields down and scored the blighter, winning with a score of 3-1-0-0.

I was playing a game of OMG run (Fat Man Bobby) on water works. I was the last warthog alive so everyone's camera was on me. I said something like "Who says I can't drive?" Just after I say this I drive at the bridge in the center at full speed. Because the bridge is angled down my warthog becomes airborne flies over the railing into the insta kill zone in the center of the level.

Fun times. Very Happy

In another Fat Man bobby game on Coag, (as it seems everyone I know calls it that now), I drove a warthog with Bmac and j3nkins straight into a wraith, yelling "No, its ok I have an Overshield!" Hog flips over, I get into the hog, drive away by myself, BMac and j3nkins get sandwiched between 2 Wraiths whilst I brag about my superior driving skills.

I joined a game with Letha1Industry and his friend in it. They were playing a 1v1 game, and I just ran around and looked at them fighting. Once they shot me, I took off running, only to be gunned down. So one moment I'm running from Letha1Industry's friend, and he sees me, so he starts shooting at me. Two bursts come into the back of my head as I retreat, and then suddenly a sniper shot, and a Spartan dies behind me, the bursts stop, and I'm thinking,"Good ol' Letha1".

Game of Oddball on Lockout. I emerge from the room underneath the sniper tower (the one with the plasma rifle in it) and turn to see two enemies standing there, one behind the other. The farthest one throws two sticky grenades at me, and they BOTH latch onto his teammate. Of course, both of them ended up dying from the massive explosion, leaving me standing there laughing so hard I can't even pick up the ball.

On a Cat and Mouse game on Containment with BMac and Jenkins, in the beginning I kept driving just slow enough so someone following me couldnt get in my turret. Then I let him in and kept driving really close to mines, so he gets out and says "I think I'll stay with BMac". So I says "Stay away from me you won't!" and drive into a mine. Long story short, driving into the mine killed everyone on my team, gave me 4 betrayls and a suicide, and prematurely ended the game. Fun times.....
